CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations & Rescheduling Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because that time is set aside specifically for your care, it is often difficult to fill on short notice. Thank you for respecting both my time and the appointment opportunities of other clients. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for at least **24 hours' notice**. * Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with **less than 24 hours' notice** may be charged **50% of the scheduled service**. * Clients who do not arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice ("no-shows") may be charged **100% of the scheduled service** and may be required to prepay future appointments before booking. * Every client will receive **one courtesy late cancellation**. After the courtesy cancellation has been used, future late cancellations may be subject to the cancellation policy outlined above. I understand that life happens. Cancellation fees may be waived at the sole discretion of Aera Esthetics in cases of illness, family emergency, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. If something unexpected arises, please reach out as soon as possible so we can determine the best solution together.
